Righttime Medical Care has board certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants, with hundreds of years of cumulative experience. Our allied health professionals, call center and welcome desk representatives undergo special training and are carefully selected based on their commitment to serve patients. We are proud to make a difference in people's lives every day of the year.
Your Righttime visit begins by calling 888.808.6483 as early as 8am to schedule an appointment at one of our convenient care centers. Our Call Center Representatives will be happy to assist you in making an appointment to be see. While walk-in visits are welcome, scheduling an appointment in advance allows you to wait in the comfort of your own home.
Here's what you can expect when you visit Righttime Medical Care:
- When you arrive at our Care Centers, our Welcome Desk staff will greet you and ask you to fill out a few easy forms for your visit.
- CarePass pagers will alert you when your room is ready.
- You will receive great medical care from a board certified physician or other qualified providers.
- We offer prescription services on-site for your convenience
- At checkout you will be asked to pay any co-payments or balances due.
Righttime Medical Care accepts payment from most insurers in the areas we serve. We are required by your insurer to collect all co-payments and deductibles at the time of the visit. Click here for a list of participating insurers. We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards.
As a courtesy, we will file your insurance once at no charge. In order to provide this service, we must have all of your insurance data. If you need to discuss your account or make payment arrangements, please contact our billing company by email through www.ancillaryservices.com.
